  • Dyadic in-person therapy with the parent(s) and child simultaneously offers a unique opportunity for the family to work together in a safe and supportive environment. This approach can help improve communication, build trust and understanding, and foster deeper connections between parent and child.

By working collaboratively, we can explore and address the family dynamics that may be impacting the child's mental health and well-being. This can lead to long-lasting positive changes in the family system and improved outcomes for the child.

  • In-person couples art therapy can be a powerful way for partners to explore and deepen their relationship. It allows couples to communicate and express their emotions through the use of art materials and techniques, creating a safe space for vulnerability and mutual understanding. Through the therapeutic process, couples can improve communication, strengthen their emotional connection, and gain a deeper appreciation for each other's perspectives.

  • In-person corporate group art therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive space for employees to explore and express their thoughts and feelings. These sessions can help to improve communication, foster creativity and innovation, reduce stress, and build a sense of community within the workplace.

What is Art Therapy?

An introduction to the creativity-first psychotherapy

Art therapy uses art-making as a means of communication, self-expression, and healing. Through the use of art materials, individuals can explore and express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a creative and non-verbal way, allowing them to process emotions and develop coping strategies.

Art therapists are trained mental health professionals who use art therapy in conjunction with other therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, domestic violence, loss, eating disorders, and other psychological and emotional issues. Art therapy is for all ages, from children to older adults, and can be adapted to meet the unique needs and abilities of each individual.
